Coconut Oil Solid Energy without Side-Effects

I heard from the health food store that coconut oil was good for you and a source of quick energy. I can always use more energy -- so I bought some. I discovered that if I just take a table spoon full or even two between meals -- that it DOES give me energy and often keeps me from being hungry by the next meal. The energy is not quick energy -- but is real stable and comfortable without making you edgy or anything. I have only used it for about a year now, but have had good results and really like it a lot.
