HCG instruction inconsistancies

by Karen

The place where I purchased my HCG said:

no salt, no oils, don't mix your vegetables.

Other sites have said you can have salt, use cocoanut oil in moderation to cook your foods, and allow you to mix your vegetables (i.e. a salad of cucumber, radish and spinach). Is this alright. I'm confused. I want to do it right. I have finished my 2 fat days (this diet said only 2 fat days)and I'm ready to eat my 500 calories tomorrow. Thanks.

HCG diet using salt and oils
by: Terence

Up to 50 mg of Sodium (salt) is acceptable. Food needs to taste good!
No oil ...including coconut which is a saturated fat.
