Tasty, juicy FISH FILET on HCG diet.

1 - 3 0unce portion of Fillet (or any clean boneless fish)
1 - Can of Low-Fat Cream of Mushroom soup 8 0Z (any brand will do though Campbell's seems tastiest to me)
Coconut oil (just a half a dab) or PAM
Salt and Pepper
In a baking pan, just lightly coat the area of the pan where the fish will bake with the Coconut Oil or PAM. Place the fish over that area.
Lightly salt and pepper to personal taste.
Spoon about 2 ounces of the the concentrated soup (don't add the water) onto and spread over the top of the fish.
For best FLAVOR, let the SOUP soak in for a couple hours in the fridge. When you are ready -- drop it in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 OR put in under the broiler feature of your Toaster Oven (you gotta watch it because all heat at different rates) OR Micro wave for 3 - 4 minutes on HIGH. If you Micro-wave be sure to cover becsue it will SPLATTER.
Remove from over -- SCRAPE OFF the EXCESS SOUP and discard it.
It turns out yummy and juicy and flavorful. I do not stop losing while eating this -- we'll maybe a little bit less, because I am fudging -- but it is worth it.
